Our activity is linked to the sea, with tuna being the main product in virtually every market in which we operate. To obtain this raw material we employ two channels: purchase from third parties and tuna fishing by our own fleet, something that allows us to ensure supply and control the quality of the process from start to finish.
The Grupo Calvo fleet is made up of 6 tuna fishing vessels, 2 merchant vessels and 3 support ships.

Location of our fleet
The process of manufacturing our products is carried out under parameters of safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement with the aim of offering the market products with maximum guarantees and the lowest possible impact on our environment.
We have three processing and production plants: one in Spain, located in Carballo, one in Brazil, in Itajaí, and a third in El Salvador, in La Unión. Each year our plants produce more than 100,000 tons of finished product for distribution around the globe.
